Product Availability

The two most important advantages ScanSource Europe provides are product availability and delivery. To excel in these critical areas we have created a world-class logistics centre stocked with one of Europe’s largest inventories. ScanSource Europe’s warehouse is centrally located in Liège, Belgium, ensuring that wherever our customers are, they are always within reach.
That’s why ScanSource Europe can deliver the majority of orders two days after the order is placed. What is more, resellers can rely on us. We ship around 5,400 orders each month (an average of 270 orders a day) and have a 99.94% performance rating in delivering products on time and accurately.

Technical Support

ScanSource Europe provides first line technical support across the Auto ID, EPoS and wireless product range. Resellers who order from ScanSource Europe have direct access to one of the leading technical support departments in the industry, with expertise in many technologies and solutions. Our multilingual engineers maintain an extensive schedule of ongoing training and are vendor trained and certified.

Sales team

ScanSource Europe sales representatives are focused exclusively on Auto ID, EPoS and wireless technology. Our multilingual sales representatives receive over 200 hours of product training every year.
