Blood traceability / Sample labelling

Typically, a sample is taken at a patient’s bedside. Studies have shown that this is a high-risk activity, as samples can be mislabelled or mis-collected.

The solution is to use a Zebra wireless mobile printer to print and label the sample. The printed bar code allows the sample to be tracked and identified when it goes to the lab for testing.
